It is possible to say that the Science Festival is now not only perceived as a Genoese event, but a regional event to all effects. After last year’s success, in 2008 the Festival aims to develop its action of disseminating scientific culture further throughout the regional territory: exhibitions, workshops and meetings with scientists will for the fourth year running animate the city of Sanremo, and not only. In 2008 the Science-Trip will also be inaugurated, a package of initiative planned on purpose by some of the main Ligurian organisations and institutions that are active in the field of scientific dissemination. The will put their headquarters at our disposal for thematic meetings and workshops. Ventimiglia, Perinaldo, Finale Ligure, Sassello, Arenzano, Campomorone, Chiavari, Sestri Levante and Lerici thus become the stations of an itinerary of the mind in discovery of science, which corresponds to a singular and educational touristic path which will go from the west to the east of the region. The events programmed in Sanremo and those in the Science-Trip package are free. |
